Food For All Family Edible Garden day 2025

By popular demand the Food For All Family Edible Garden day was held in April 2025 during the term 1 school holidays. We had over 200 parents and children attend on the day which was great to see everyone out and about. Activities included potting up a seedling with George Lay Community Garden, outdoor games with Reclink, StoryTime with the library, Garden related craft activities, and a fruit and vegetable spinning wheel.

Thanks to the Swan Hill Regional Library, Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit, George Lay Community Garden, Reclink- Yarriambiack, Lower Murray Water, and the Health Promotion team for making the day happen.

We look forward to coming back next year with this event for our community to come together and enjoy.
